I became a professional massage therapist
in 1992 and qualified in body psychotherapy in 2007.
Throughout my work, I have continued my professional development to deepen
my understanding of the bodymind process so that each session is a uniquely
individual and holistic experience.
My background has embraced gymnastics, dance, bodybuilding and fitness instruction
which has provided me with a rich experience of the physical body and of the body in movement.
This work developed and dovetailed with becoming a massage therapist and onto teaching massage and anatomy.
Eventually, I undertook my second master's degree in Therapeutic Bodywork at the University of
Westminster and onto becoming module leader for the University's B.A. degree in Massage for Nurses.
I am happy to have also fulfilled a personal ambition in co-founding the Cambridge College of Therapeutic Massage
which achieved national accreditation status for it's diploma training by the Association of Physical and Natural Therapists.
I trained in Biodynamic Massage and Body Psychotherapy at the renowned and pioneering Chiron Centre, London at which
I now work and continue my understanding and experience of integrative relational bodymind therapy.
